Refund & Cancellation Policy

Any Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them under the Terms of Use which govern your use of our website www.MySaloonTime.com (the “Website”) and our any of ‘MySaloonTime’ application for mobile and handheld devices (the “App”). The Website and the App are jointly referred to as the “Platform”.

Customer Cancellation

As a general rule Client shall not be entitled to cancel service request once placed. Client may choose to cancel Service request only within one-minute of the Service request being placed. However, subject to Client’s previous cancellation history, MySaloonTime reserves the right to deny any refund to Client pursuant to a cancellation initiated by Client even if the same is within one-minute followed by suspension of account, as may be necessary in the sole discretion of MySaloonTime. If Client cancels his/her Service request after one minute of placing it, MySaloonTime shall have a right to collect a penalty of 100% of the Service request amount for breach of contract terms as a compensation for the damages suffered by MySaloonTime, with a right to either not to refund the Service request value in case Client’s Service request is processed or recover from the Client’s subsequent Service request in case his/her Service request is postpaid, to compensate the Merchants and SPPs.

Non-Customer Cancellation

MySaloonTime reserves the right to collect a penalty for the Service request constrained to be cancelled by MySaloonTime for reasons not attributable to MySaloonTime, including but not limited to:

  1. - Incorrect information provided by Client, which is either wrong or falls outside the requested service requirements
  2. - Failure to reach on time and late arrival at the scheduled time of service delivery
  3. - Failure to deliver Client service request due to lack of information, infection or allergy prone, or not given consent on disclaimer or service required with consent from Client at the time of booking or delivery
  4. - Unavailability of all the items ordered by Client at the time of booking the Order
  5. - Unavailability of all the items ordered by Client at the time of booking the Order.
However, in the unlikely event of an item in an Order being unavailable, MySaloonTime will contact the Client on the phone number provided to us at the time of placing the service request and inform Client of such unavailability. In such an event Client will be entitled to cancel the entire Order and shall be entitled to a refund to an amount upto 100% of the Service request value. In case of cancellations for the reasons attributable to MySaloonTime or the Merchant or SPP, MySaloonTime shall not collect any penalty from the Client.

Cancellation Policy For Merchant/SPP

The Service request placed by Clients using the Platform are non-cancellable and non-refundable except if refund is requested under the following conditions: If the Service request could not be delivered within the estimated time while placing the service request If the Service request has not been started (not in ‘Reaching’ status i.e. not started driving towards Client defined location by the SPP If the Merchant/SPP doesn't accept or cancels the Service request due to reasons not attributable to Client, including but not limited to merchant shop being closed, non-availability of items, store cannot service online service request at that moment, shop is overcrowded, etc. If the SPP doesn't accept or cancels the Service request due to reasons not attributable to Client, including but not limited to SPP being, non-available and un-availability of items, cannot service online service request at that moment, heavy traffic/unforeseen reason, etc If MySaloonTime cancels/request for reschedule the service request due to reasons not attributable to Client, including but not limited to non-availability of SPP, etc. MySaloonTime reserves the right to look into the cancellation request of the Client and determine if such cancelation request falls under the conditions mentioned above. If MySaloonTime is satisfied that the request and same fulfills any of the aforesaid conditions, then MySaloonTime shall process the cancellation request and refund amounts to the Client.

Refunds

Client may be entitled to a refund for prepaid Service request. MySaloonTime retains the right to retain the penalty payable by the Client in Section I(2) from the amount refundable to him/her. The Client shall also be entitled to a refund of proportionate value in the event schedule employee time in Service request or the complete Service request, is either change in product and service and the Client refuses to accept at the time of delivery for the said reason. Client may be entitled to a refund upto 100% of the Service request value if merchant/SPP fails to deliver the Service request due to a cause attributable to either Merchant/SPP or MySaloonTime, however such refunds will be assessed on a case to case basis by MySaloonTime. Our decision on refunds shall be final and binding. All refund amounts shall be credited to Client’s account as may be stipulated as per the payment mechanism of Client’s choice, the estimated timelines are detailed as below, in case Client don't choose to credit it to Client’s wallet with his/her MySaloonTime Account.

Sodexo and lazy pay or some other wallet payment are not acceptable. In case of payment at the time of service delivery, Client will not be required to pay for: Wrong Service request being delivered; or Service missing from Client’s service request at the time of service delivery. (We recommend that Client should check which service merchant is offering them before delivery) Provided the same is communicated to MySaloonTime Customer Care through the Platform before the Service request is marked delivered/completed. Specific Terms with respect to Use of Platform for order of service and usage of chemical treatment.

Cancellation

Non-Customer Cancellation: MySaloonTime reserves the right to collect the Client cancellation fee for the Orders constrained to be cancelled by MySaloonTime for reasons not attributable to MySaloonTime or Merchant, including but not limited to: - in the event if the incorrect information provided by Client is either wrong or falls outside the request service requirement; - failure to reach on time and late arrival at the scheduled time of service deliver the Service request; - failure to deliver Client service request due to lack of information, infection or allegery prone or not given a consent on disclaimer or service required with consent from Client at the time of booking or delivery; or - unavailability of all the items ordered by Client at the time of booking the Order; or - unavailability of all the items ordered by Client at the time of booking the Order. However, in the unlikely event of an item in an Order being unavailable, MySaloonTime will contact the Client on the phone number provided to us at the time of placing the service request and inform the Client of such unavailability. the Client’s failure to provide a valid OTP to the Merchant/SPPs for receiving delivery

Refunds

The Client may be entitled to a refund for prepaid service request, post deduction of cancellation fee, if any for reasons mentioned above or in a manner as deemed fit by MySaloonTime in its sole discretion, if refund has been requested due to the following reasons: - If the Service request could not be serviced within 1 hours of the scheduled time of booking; - If the Merchant/SPPs cancels the Service request due to reasons not attributable to the Client, including but not limited to Merchant/SPPs being closed, non-availability of items required for services delivery, shop not servicing online services request, overcrowding at Merchant/SPPs, etc.; - If MySaloonTime cancels the Service request due to reasons not attributable to the Client, including but not limited to non-availability of SPPs, etc. The Client may be entitled to refund due to the aforesaid reasons upto 100% of the paid of Booked Service value depending upon the nature of issue. MySaloonTime reserves the right to consider the cancellation and refund request and determine if such cancellation and refund request satisfy any of the aforesaid conditions, in which case MySaloonTime shall process the cancellation request and refund to Client. Important Note 1: The Client shall verify his/her Order and the products before providing OTP to the SPP and any issue with respect to the product or Client’s Order shall be notified immediately, and cancellation request shall be placed before providing OTP to the SPP. Once OTP is provided to the SPP, it shall be deemed that the Client has accepted delivery of his/her Services and once he/she has accepted delivery, the Client cannot cancel the Service booked and/or claim refund. Important Note 2: In case of the complaint of any spurious services/product, the liability shall solely lie with the Merchant/SPP selling the service/product. MySaloonTime is merely facilitating the transactions between the Merchant and the Client and therefore, MySaloonTime shall assume no liability with respect to the service/products offered/sold by the Merchant. MySaloonTime strictly discourages dealing of any spurious service/product on its Platform and shall reserve the right to report such incidents to the concerned authorities for appropriate legal actions.
